Free Wheelchair Mission is a humanitarian nonprofit that designs and manufactures cost-efficient and durable wheelchairs for individuals living with disabilities in under-resourced nations.

In collaboration with a network of like-minded partners, Free Wheelchair Mission has distributed 1,365,696 wheelchairs in 94 countries around the world since 2001 at no cost to the recipients. In 2017, they distributed their millionth wheelchair to Flor, a twelve-year-old girl living in Peru. The gift of a wheelchair provides more than just mobility; it gives renewed dignity, independence and hope for the future.
