STEPHANIE SMITH

Stephanie has worked for Inspiration Cruises & Tours for over 10 years. Specializing in creating best business practices and developing productive teams, she keeps the company moving forward with their goals in the best manner possible. Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Biola University in Business Marketing in 1997. Then in 2008, she completed her MBA with the EuroMBA which is an executive program administered through a consortium of universities throughout Europe. Stephanie has always loved to travel and experience the way people live in different parts of the world. Her studies and her job have enabled her to do that in many places. It is now her heartfelt desire to make an impact through the Inspiration Travel Foundation.

MICHELLE DUFFIE

Michelle S. Duffie is the CEO of D3 Entertainment Group based in Nashville, Tennessee; a world-wide strategic-marketing, branding and public relations company. Born just outside of Chicago, Illinois into extreme poverty, she credits the strength and faith of her mother, the support of her five siblings and the lessons from her mentors as the fuel for propelling her forward. In addition to representing corporate brands, film and television networks, athletes, entertainers, mega church pastors and international faith organizations, she is also an active and voting member of NARAS, the FBI Citizen’s Academy, serves on many national boards, including The Juvenile Justice Center and is active in speaking and teaching globally.  Her joy resides in the comfort of family, friends and the ability to empower, encourage and motivate everyone God places in her path. Currently, she is finishing an MBA program at Richmond Virginia Seminary. 

ROLAND ROOS

Roland has been a licensed CPA since 1971 and presently has his own accounting firm specializing in audit, tax and consulting services to non-profit charitable exempt organizations. He has been the CPA for Inspiration for over 15 years and has consulted with us on many projects becoming an invaluable member of the Inspiration team. Born in Mississippi, Roland received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University, Northridge. He eventually made his way to Fresno and is married to Heidi with four children and four grandchildren. Roland is a member of the New Covenant Community Church in Fresno, volunteers as an usher and of course is in charge of the offering collection. 

CATHERINE FITZGERALD

Catherine Fitzgerald is a native of Fresno, a graduate of UCLA and has worked as Vice President of Merchant Services for Fresno First Bank since 2011. Catherine earned the designation of Certified Payments Professional from the national Electronic Payment Transactions Association in June 2015, one of 1100 in the US. She has 30 years+ working in the valley in both the for-profit and non-profit arenas, Catherine has extensive experience in marketing, sales, fundraising, budgeting, grant acquisition, strategic planning and electronic payments. She is an active member of St. Paul Newman Center, a supporter of live local theater, an avid cook and most importantly, the proud mom of 3 amazing sons, ages 15, 19 and 23.

DOMINIQUE PALESTIS

Dominique is the Creative Arts and Weekend Experience Executive Pastor at Frontline Christian Center in Boca Raton, FL. She previously served as the Creative Arts Pastor at Peoples Church in Fresno, CA from 2017 until 2020. She also graduated from Southeastern University, with a BA in Sacred Music in 1997. In her ministry, Dominique has demonstrated an ability to develop leaders, volunteers, and teams. Her passion is to help the body of Christ fulfill their calling by developing their gifts and abilities with excellence and providing platforms for them to do ministry. As a former ordained minister with the Assemblies of God for more than ten years, her experience includes productions, organization, logistics, teaching, preaching, leadership development, team building, and music. She has written for and participated vocally on several music recording projects and worked as a conference organizer and speaker. She served as an evaluator in both District and National Youth Fine Arts of the Assemblies of God. Throughout her career, Dominique wrote, purchased, licensed, and directed musicals and stage dramas involving hundreds of staff and volunteers at both Peoples Church and Christian Life Center. She produced and licensed CLCs first full-length movie in 2016. She founded the CLC School of Music (SMART) and Accelerate Academy of the Arts at Peoples Church. She is looking forward to continuing to grow and serve in this next season.

SERENE HUTCHINSON

Serene has a long background of ministry and the arts all over the world. Now she runs a whale watching business in Juneau, Alaska. She loves being a part of so many peoples bucket list, showing them the beauty of Alaska.
